Internet Explorer 11, like its predecessor, is not available for Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and earlier versions of Windows.

Vande Bharat Express, also known as Train 18, is an Indian high-speed rail intercity network for electric multiple unit. It was designed and built by Integral Coach Factory (ICF) at Perambur, Chennai under the Indian government's Make in India initiative over a span of 18 months. The unit cost of the first rake was given as ₹1 billion (US$14 million), though the unit cost is expected to go down with subsequent production. At the original price, it is estimated to be 40% cheaper than a similar train imported from Europe. The train was launched on 15 February 2019, by which date a second unit will have been produced and readied for service. The service was named 'Vande Bharat Express' on 27 January 2019. As of July 2020, the Indian Railways operates two Vande Bharat trains. In April 2023, two sets of classified documents of the United States began circulating on Twitter, Telegram, and 4chan. The documents, primarily relating to the Russo-Ukrainian War, included details about foreign nations, including North Korea, China, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates. The documents began spreading on the instant messaging platform Discord, and allegedly originate from a Discord server known as "Thug Shaker Central", according to a Bellingcat investigation. A subset of documents were sent to Discord servers for a British-Filipino YouTuber and the sandbox video game Minecraft in late February and early March. In April, a 4chan user posted several documents on the website's political imageboard /pol/. The documents were then spread throughout pro-Russian Telegram channels; at least one image was altered to show more Ukrainian casualties than Russian casualties.
